Feel Be Do Good was founded by Kristi Trader. In her thirteen plus years of experience, she has facilitated executive consulting and team development services to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Chambers of Commerce, Elementary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools, Colleges and Universities, Hospitals and Healthcare Organizations, Dental Practices, Software and eLearning Design Companies, Financial Institutions, Churches, and Spiritual Organizations.

Specific expertise includes establishing an intentional organizational culture; strategic planning; leadership development; building and sustaining healthy relationships through effective communication and understanding personality preferences; staff engagement; talent management including performance review, learning management, and compensation systems; quality management including project management and process improvement; policies and procedures; board governance; volunteer development; accreditation; branding; and community relationships. Kristi has integrated these concepts into curriculum for all ages, cradle to career, with the intent of building cultures that are happy, healthy, and whole.

Kristi graduated summa cum laude from Concordia University with a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Administration. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University, and an Associate of Arts from North Central University.  

Dawn Anderson-Meier

Dawn Anderson-Meier, M.S.W.

Dawn Anderson-Meier is a national speaker, published writer, and executive consultant with over 20 years of experience in private and public sectors including healthcare, education, social service, community development, and financial services. She has significant experience as a keynote speaker, seminar facilitator, and post-secondary lecturer. Other experience includes marketing manager, executive director, psychotherapist, business owner, program director, and adjunct professor.

Dawn’s focus is on intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships, with expertise in marketing, communications and brand management; public relations; creating collaborative and strategic relationships; group dynamics and team building; conflict management; executive and personal coaching; effective leadership; staff mentoring and engagement; program, curriculum, and project design and implementation; nonprofit management and governance; grant writing; diversity and inclusion; and organizational culture and well-being.

Dawn earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan. She has completed additional certificates in authentic leadership and nonprofit management.

Marcus Gill

Marcus Gill has 13 years experience in education. His work to build high achieving organizations has allowed him to lead brilliant minds, from all walks of life, to become their best self.

Marcus specializes in diversity training, coaching, multicultural recruitment, and professional management. Notably, clients are drawn to Marcus' ability to connect and communicate. He has extensive experience with broad audiences including students, athletes, coaches, education administrators, faculty, staff, and community.

Marcus graduated from Siena Heights Univeristy with a Master of Art in Educational Leadership. He also holds a Bachelor of Art in Education from Albion College.

Kat Gould

Kat Gould, M.A., L.P.C., N.C.C.

Kat Gould has 20 years of experience in the fields of education and behavioral health. She has worked in both private and public sectors with individuals, teams, and volunteers. Specific areas of expertise include optimizing emotional health through individual coaching and counseling, team and leadership development, stress management, and the application of mindfulness to achieve personal and professional goals. The scope of her work can also include crisis response, trauma and grief management, and facilitating conflict resolution. 

Kat completed both her Master’s degree in Counseling and her Bachelor’s degree in Education at Spring Arbor University. She is a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors.

Sarah Petsis

Sarah Petsis, M.B.A.

Sarah Petsis has spent the last decade plus consulting nationally and internationally in the public and private sectors. She specializes in higher education, non-profits and technology companies. Additionally, she is a leader in practical and personal development. Sarah has a proven track record of consistently achieving results by successfully combining innovation with strategic thinking. Her focus on engagement, introspection, and interpersonal relationships creates a balance desired by clientele. Sarah’s expertise includes business development, professional and student services, post-secondary course facilitation, operations, public speaking, strategic planning, accreditation and process improvement. 

Sarah graduated summa cum laude from University of Phoenix with a Master of Business Administration. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Phoenix. 

Taurean Wilson

Taurean Wilson, M.Ed.

Taurean Wilson has 13 years of experience in the fields of education and diversity. He has worked in residential, federal, municipal, higher education, and business sectors with individuals, teams, and volunteers. His specific expertise includes diversity training, leadership and team development, and athletic guidance.

Taurean holds a Master of Education in Counseling from Grand Valley State University. He also completed a Bachelor of Art in Education at Albion College.
